Dr. Bill Thomas, a longevity expert and healthcare innovator, will speak at Holy Cross Hospital about “Aging: Life’s Most Dangerous Game,” a talk that challenges audiences to reject stereotypes about aging.
Blending ancient wisdom, scientific breakthroughs, music and visuals, Thomas will show audience members how to turn the tables on “Life’s Most Dangerous Game.” Thomas, an author, entrepreneur, musician, teacher, farmer and physician, will be joined by musician Nate Silas Richardson.
The event will be Friday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of the hospital at 4725 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale.
In a statement, Holy Cross Hospital President and CEO Patrick A. Taylor said, “Dr. Thomas is one of the pioneers of the senior ER model of care and has worked with other Trinity Health hospitals around the nation. Holy Cross will be creating a more geriatric-friendly ER in the near future and we look forward to welcoming Dr. Thomas to Fort Lauderdale and offering a forum for more people learn of his inspiring views on aging and society.”
